e mail

It seems like e mail would be such a valuable tool for folks who are hard of hearing. Why would a customer want me to "yell at me" over the phone rather than have a conversation via e mail? I'm trying to not be insensitive here.

  1. I do understand that sometimes older folks don't want to "mess with" e mail even if they have it. But if they are so hard of hearing they can't understand what you are trying to explain to them I would thing they would rather read the directions so they would be clear. Just thinkin......
